Shipping Policy and Fees

Orders placed at www.illuminataeyewear.com are shipped across Canada, USA, Europe, Australia and Asia. 

We use Canada Post for most of destinations. If you have a preferred courier, please e-mail us before placing an order.

All glasses orders usually ship within 2 weeks. We will contact you in case there is a further delay.

All parts orders (temples, lenses and others) can take up to 30 days to process.

All packages are insured against losses and damage. In a rare scenario of damage or loss, we will open a claim on your behalf and reimburse you for the entire purchase after the claim has been paid by Canada Post. Most of claims are resolved within a month. Please note, tickets can be opened only within 30 days after the delivery date shown on the tracking. It's customers responsibility to monitor package on CanadaPost.ca or your international post system after it's shipped and inform us that you didn't receive it within 30 days of date shown online. If it's past 30 days Canada Post can't investigate and we can't open a ticket.

All packages are assigned a tracking number and can be traced on www.canadapost.ca, www.usps.com or your national post website.

Eyeglasses with prescription lenses for Ontario must be picked up from our location. Once order is ready for pick up, we will e-mail or call you to arrange the pick up time.
